Commentary
Now the killing Baka will be described. The boys were all amazed on seeing the demon at the same time. All the boys including Kṛṣṇa went to the pond to have the cows drink water. The pond was a huge water body east of Nandīśvara. It is well known that near that place was the dwelling place of Baka.
