Important Words
-
śrutakīrteḥ
—
of Śrutakīrti
Śrutakīrti — sister of Vasudeva, hence Kṛṣṇa's paternal aunt. Another cousin-marriage. Gauḍīya: the chapter's marriages weave Kṛṣṇa back into His own extended household; Bhadrā is family before she is bride.
-
bhadrām
—
named Bhadrā
Bhadrā — 'the auspicious'. Each wife in this chapter has a doctrinally-loaded name: Kālindī (the river-bride), Satyā (truth), Bhadrā (auspiciousness), Lakṣmaṇā (well-marked). Gauḍīya: the Lord's queens are named for the qualities of the household.
-
upayeme
—
married
Same verb as verse 29 (upayeme Kālindīm). Gauḍīya: the chapter's repeating verb stitches its five marriages into one structural ślokā.
-
kaikeyīm
—
the princess of Kaikeya
From the Kaikeya kingdom — long ago the realm of Rāma's stepmother Kaikeyī. Gauḍīya: another Rāma-kingdom reappears in Kṛṣṇa's household, threading the avatāric continuity that runs through this chapter.
-
santardana - ādibhiḥ
—
headed by Santardana
Compound — Santardana and the rest. Bhadrā's brothers offer her. Gauḍīya: where Mitravindā's brothers obstructed (verse 30), Bhadrā's brothers participate. The chapter holds both possibilities side by side.
Bhadrā was a princess of the Kaikeya kingdom and the daughter of Lord Kṛṣṇa’s paternal aunt Śrutakīrti. The Lord married Bhadrā when her brothers, headed by Santardana, offered her to Him.

Translation
Bhadrā was a princess of the Kaikeya kingdom and the daughter of Lord Kṛṣṇa's paternal aunt Śrutakīrti. The Lord married Bhadrā when her brothers, headed by Santardana, offered her to Him.
Commentary
The seventh marriage is described. Bhadra was the daughter of Srutikirti.
Jīva Gosvāmī
Gauḍīya
Commentary
The meaning is clear.
Śrīdhara Svāmī
Gauḍīya
Commentary
The brothers gave Bhadrā because Kṛṣṇa was he who attracts all hearts (kṛṣṇaḥ).

Analogy
The fourth wife arrives the simplest way — by family arrangement, with brothers giving. After three difficult acquisitions (waiting, abduction, bull-contest), Bhadrā's marriage is the rasa-equivalent of breathing out: a Vaiṣṇava family doing the natural thing.
