After touching to one’s head all the flowers and water offered to the Deity, one should throw them into a sacred place. Then one should feed at least two brāhmaṇas with sweet rice.

Translation
After touching to one's head all the flowers and water offered to the deity, one should tell the Lord to leave. [Note: This is not the case with installed deities.] Then one should feed more than two brāhmaṇas with sweet rice.
Śeṣam means the flowers and other items already offered. Udvāsaḥ means telling the Lord to leave the place of worship. One should feed more than two brāhmaṇas, but if not possible then two brāhmānas.
