యోఽసౌ భగవతా బద్ధ: ప్రీతేన సుతలే పున: । నివేశితోఽధికే స్వర్గాదధునాస్తే స్వరాడివ ॥ ౧౪ ॥
yo ’sau bhagavatā baddhaḥ

Translation
With great affection, the Lord bound Bali and then installed him in the kingdom of Sutala, which is greater than Svarga. Mahārāja Bali now resides on that planet like an emperor. He who was installed in Sutala remains there now.
