తదా చ ఖే దున్దుభయో వినేదు-
ర్గన్ధర్వసిద్ధా: సమహర్షిసఙ్ఘా: ।

When Vṛtrāsura was killed, the Gandharvas and Siddhas in the heavenly planets beat kettledrums in jubilation. With Vedic hymns they celebrated the prowess of Indra, the killer of Vṛtrāsura, praising Indra and showering flowers upon him with great pleasure.

Translation
When Vṛtrāsura was killed, the Gandharvas and Siddhas in the heavenly planets beat kettledrums. They praised Indra with mantras about Indra’s victory and the glorious death of Vṛtrāsura and showered flowers upon him in jubilation.
