  • parijana — household attendants
Parijana — those near Him. The grammar of nearness: every layer of the Lord's retinue is named. Even attendants of attendants are recorded.
  • kareṇubhiḥ — with female elephants
Specific feminine plural — the female elephants carry the women. Bhāgavatam pays attention to gendered detail; the procession is not abstract pageantry but a registered, ordered movement.
  • upaskarāḥ — paraphernalia, equipment
Upaskara — what is gathered around. Devotional service in its outer life is upaskara — robes, lamps, drums, deity-ornaments — all gathered around the Lord, never independent of Him.
On all sides proceeded finely adorned women-attendants of the royal household, as well as courtesans. They rode on palanquins and camels, bulls and buffalo, donkeys, mules, bullock carts and elephants. Their conveyances were fully loaded with grass tents, blankets, clothes and other items for the trip.

Śrīla Viśvanātha Cakravartī explains that the household attendants mentioned here included washerwomen and other helpers.

Translation
On all sides proceeded finely adorned women-attendants of the royal household, as well as courtesans. They rode on palanquins and camels, bulls and buffalo, donkeys, mules, bullock carts and elephants. Their conveyances were fully loaded with grass tents, blankets, clothes and other items for the trip.
Commentary

Female servants such as washerwomen went, tying firmly on the camels household goods (upaskara) such as houses made of usira grass.

Jīva Gosvāmī Gauḍīya
Commentary

Nara means palanquins carried by me. Go means bulls. Parimana means attendants like washermen. The equipment was loaded on the carts.

Concepts
Jiva

The maids and courtesans loaded onto camels, mules and elephants with tents and blankets are like a great household lifting its hearth-fire onto wheels — the city travels with its kitchen, because where Kṛṣṇa moves, daily life moves with Him.
