అన్యేఽను యే త్వేహ నృశంసమజ్ఞా యదుద్యతాస్త్రా: ప్రహరన్తి మహ్యమ్ । తైర్భూతనాథాన్ సగణాన్ నిశాత త్రిశూలనిర్భిన్నగలైర్యజామి ॥ ౧౭ ॥

anye ’nu ye tveha nṛ-śaṁsam ajṣā

[anye ’nu ye tveha nri-shamsam ajshaa]

yad udyatāstrāḥ praharanti mahyam

[yad udyataastraah praharanti mahyam]

tair bhūta-nāthān sagaṇān niśāta-

[tair bhoota-naathaan saganaan nishaata-]

triśūla-nirbhinna-galair yajāmi

[trishoola-nirbhinna-galair yajaami]

You are naturally cruel. If the other demigods, unaware of my prowess, follow you by attacking me with raised weapons, I shall sever their heads with this sharp trident. With those heads I shall perform a sacrifice to Bhairava and the other leaders of the ghosts, along with their hordes.

Translation

If other ignorant people who follow a cruel person like you attack me with raised weapons, I will offer them to Bhairava and his followers, with their necks severed by my sharp trident. If others who follow you attack, I will worship Bhairava with their bodies. I will please the demons and Bhairava, their leader.
