Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam 3.20.14

తాని చైకైకశ: స్రష్టుమసమర్థాని భౌతికమ్ । సంహత్య దైవయోగేన హైమమణ్డమవాసృజన్ ॥ ౧౪ ॥

Translation
These elements, which individually could not create, were combined together by the energy of the Lord, and created the golden egg of the universe. The elements joined together by the addition of the energy of the Lord.
