O lifter of the earth, the earth with its mountains, which You have lifted with Your tusks, is situated as beautifully as a lotus flower with leaves sustained by an infuriated elephant just coming out of the water.

The fortune of the earth planet is praised because of its being specifically sustained by the Lord; its beauty is appreciated and compared to that of a lotus flower situated on the trunk of an elephant. As a lotus flower with leaves is very beautifully situated, so the world, with its many beautiful mountains, appeared on the tusks of the Lord Boar.

Translation
O Lord! O lifter of the earth! The earth with its mountains held by you on the tips of your tusks appears beautiful. It is like a lotus with its leaves held on the tusk of mad elephant rising from the water. This verse expresses the good fortune of the earth. Previously it was described that the boar held up the earth. The earth is now described. O holder of the earth (bhū-dhara)! Along with the mountains (sa-bhū-ḍharā) the earth appears beautiful. The earth appears like a lotus along with its leaves held on the tusk of a mad elephant coming out of the water (vanāt). The high and low mountains on the earth are compared to the tips of lotus buds and stalks.
