  • dāśārham — from Lord Kṛṣṇa (descendant of Daśārha)
Dāśārha is a name of Kṛṣṇa as the foremost of the Yādu lineage (descendants of Daśārha, an ancestor in the Yadu dynasty). Pertinent here because Sudarśana takes proper leave from the king of the line that protects the Vedic order.
  • parikramya — circumambulating
Pari-√kram = walking around. Pradakṣiṇa is the standard farewell offered to the deity. Gauḍīyas note: Sudarśana, freed, performs the very act of arcana he had refused as an arrogant Vidyādhara — humility now expresses itself bodily.
  • abhivandya — offering obeisances
Abhi-√vand = to bow toward, salute. Coupled with parikramya, this is the textbook devata-farewell. The freed soul cannot help worshiping — vandanam is one of the nine aṅgas of bhakti (Bhāgavatam 7.5.23).
  • mocitaḥ — delivered, released
Past participle of √muc — set free. The same root as parimocaya in Nanda's cry (v. 6). The verse closes the loop: Nanda cried muc, Kṛṣṇa effected muc. Vraja prayer-and-answer rhymes etymologically.
Thus receiving the permission of Lord Kṛṣṇa, the demigod Sudarśana circumambulated Him, bowed down to offer Him homage and then returned to his heavenly planet. Nanda Mahārāja was thus delivered from peril.
Viśvanātha Cakravartī Ṭhākura Gauḍīya
Translation
Thus receiving the permission of Lord Kṛṣṇa, the demigod Sudarśana circumambulated Him, bowed down to offer Him homage and then returned to his heavenly planet. Nanda Mahārāja was thus delivered from peril.
Commentary

If just by chanting your name once a person becomes purified, what should I attain, having seen you and been touched by your foot?

Jīva Gosvāmī Gauḍīya
Commentary

Thus receiving permission since silence is approval (maunam sammatim-lakṣaṇam), he departed. Nanda was freed from danger of the snake simply by the touch of Kṛṣṇa’s foot. The word ca indicates that auspiciousness was given to both Nanda and Sudarśana. It does not mean that Sudarśana got liberation.

Śrīdhara Svāmī Gauḍīya
Commentary

Thus receiving permission since silence is approval (maunam sammatim-lakṣaṇam), he departed. His consent was naturally given since the Lord had appeared in the Yadu dynasty to benefit the whole world (dāśārham). Kṛṣṇa reveals his qualities such as inscrutability. Thus even before Brahmā he was silent. Why should he speak to me? Actually he performed this pastime for the benefit of the cowherds. Sudarśana offered his respects to the Lord and Nanda (ca). The name sudarśana indicates his beauty or by seeing Kṛṣṇa, his sight reached perfection. He went with difficulty because of separation from the Lord (kṛccrāt). By freeing the snake, Nanda was easily freed. Or Nanda was freed from suffering caused by the snake (kṛccrāt).

The Vidyādhara circles Kṛṣṇa, bows, and rises into his heaven; Nanda, rescued from the python's mouth, returns to his fire and his cart. The same touch resolved both crises — one ascended, one was restored to his kheli. Mercy is custom-fit; not everyone needs the same kind of rescue, but everyone needs the same Touch.
