The great sage Nārada said: All of you demigods are protected by the arms of Nārāyaṇa, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and by His grace you have gotten the nectar. By the grace of the goddess of fortune, you are glorious in every way. Therefore, please stop this fighting.
Viśvanātha Cakravartī Ṭhākura Gauḍīya
Translation
Nārada said: Protected by the arms of Nārāyaṇa, you have obtained the nectar and are prospering the wealth. Therefore, please stop fighting.
Nārada said: you are protected by Nārāyaṇa, you have nectar, Lakṣmī favors you — stop fighting. The reminder of accumulated blessings invites the cessation of further violence. Gratitude is the antidote to extending conflict.
Reflection Questions
  • What accumulated blessings should make me stop a fight I have technically won?
  • Where has someone in my circle tried to remind me of grace at exactly the moment I wanted to keep going?
