संयम्य मन्युसंरम्भं मानयन्तो मुनेर्वच: ।
उपगीयमानानुचरैर्ययु: सर्वे त्रिविष्टपम् ॥ ४५ ॥

Translation
Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: Accepting the words of Nārada, the devatās gave up their anger and stopped fighting. Being praised by their followers, they returned to Svarga.
The sandhi in upagīyamānāḥ and anucaraiḥ is poetic license.
Personal Guidance
Accepting Nārada's words, the demigods gave up anger and returned to their heavenly planets, praised by followers. Receiving wise advice and stopping is itself praised. The end of conflict is a victory that earns more honor than the fight.
