prabho
O my King.
O my King, many hundreds of male and female carnivorous demons, completely naked and carrying tridents in their hands, then appeared, crying the slogans “Cut them to pieces! Pierce them!”
Gauḍīya Ācāryas
Viśvanātha Cakravartī Ṭhākura
Gauḍīya
Translation
O King! Many hundreds of female demons, naked and carrying spears, and many Rākṣasas as well appeared, crying "Cut them to pieces! Pierce them!"
Personal Guidance
Naked carnivorous demons appeared with tridents, shouting 'Cut them! Pierce them!' Even verbal aggression is part of the illusion's arsenal. Shameless threats are designed to break morale before any blow lands.
Reflection Questions
- What 'cut them, pierce them' rhetoric in my environment am I letting affect me more than I admit?
- Where is my morale the target, not my body?
