Translation
Among these many sons, six were the foremost (such as Pṛthuśravā). The son of Pṛthuśravā was known as Dharma, and his son was known as Uśanā. Uśanā was the performer of one hundred horse sacrifices.
Uśanā was the son of Dharma.
Personal Guidance
Of so many, six sons are foremost — Pṛthuśravā, Pṛthukīrti — and his grandson Uśanā performs a hundred horse sacrifices. Even out of ten thousand lakhs, only a handful is remembered for distinguishing work.
Reflection Questions
- Where am I planning to be remembered by quantity instead of quality?
- What single distinguishing work could be mine, even if I am one of millions?
