The sacrificial paraphernalia of King Marutta was extremely beautiful, for everything was made of gold. Indeed, no other sacrifice could compare to his.
Viśvanātha Cakravartī Ṭhākura Gauḍīya
Translation
The sacrificial paraphernalia of King Marutta was extremely beautiful, for everything was made of gold. No other sacrifice could compare to his. Whatever utensils he had were made of splendid gold.
Marutta's sacrificial vessels were all gold — no other yajña compared. When the heart and the resources align in worship, the result becomes legendary.

  • What would my 'best offering' look like if I held nothing back?
  • Where am I making token contributions where lavish ones are called for?
