Personal Guidance
Paraśurāma reports his deeds to his father and brothers. Even after great victories, a devotee's first reflex is to give an honest account to his elders, not to bask in personal glory.
Reflection Questions
- After a recent 'victory,' to whom did I give the report — and was it to elders or to admirers?
- Whose honest assessment of my actions would I rather not invite, and why?
