Translation
After pleasing Bali Mahārāja with mild words, intelligent Indra submitted all the proposals instructed by Supreme Lord.
Indra, the king, spoke mildly and presented the Lord's proposal with diplomacy. Wisdom from the Lord is not delivered like a command; it is offered through respect and gentle speech. The medium honors the message.
Reflection Questions
  • When I share spiritual teaching, do I use mild words or righteous ones?
  • Where could diplomacy carry the Lord's plan further than confrontation has?
