Prahlāda Mahārāja was the best among exalted devotees. Anyone who with great attention hears this narration concerning the activities of Prahlāda Mahārāja, the killing of Hiraṇyakaśipu, and the activities of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Nṛsiṁhadeva, surely reaches the spiritual world, where there is no anxiety.
Viśvanātha Cakravartī Ṭhākura Gauḍīya
Translation
One who reads attentively this story of Nṛsiṁha killing the king of the demons, after hearing the pure love of Prahlāda, greatest of devotees, attains the planet where there is no fear.
Anyone who attentively hears this narration about Prahlāda, Hiraṇyakaśipu's killing, and Nṛsiṁha surely reaches the anxiety-free spiritual world. Specific narrative is itself a vehicle. Story-shaped devotion is not lesser than method-shaped devotion.
