In the west, where the river Sindhu meets the sea, there is a great place of pilgrimage known as Nārāyaṇa-saras. Many sages and others advanced in spiritual consciousness live there.

Translation
In the west, where the River Sindhu meets the sea, there is a great place of pilgrimage known as Nārāyaṇa-saras, inhabited by many advanced sages. In the west (tatra), there is a great holy place called Nārāyaṇa Saras where the river joins the ocean.
They reached Nārāyaṇa-saras at the meeting of the Sindhu and the sea, a holy place full of advanced sages. Where you go to do your work decides who shapes that work — pilgrimage sites attract pilgrims.
Reflection Questions
  • What environments am I choosing to do my work in, and whom do those environments attract?
  • Could a holier setting reshape what I think I came to accomplish?
