Kaśyapa Muni said: O beautiful woman, O irreproachable lady, since I am very much pleased by your behavior, you may ask me for any benediction you want. If a husband is pleased, what desires are difficult for his wife to obtain, either in this world or in the next?
Viśvanātha Cakravartī Ṭhākura Gauḍīya
Translation
Kaśyapa Muni said: O beautiful woman, O irreproachable lady! I am pleased by your behavior. Please ask me for any benediction. If a husband is pleased, what desires cannot be fulfilled, either in this world or in the next? Agamaḥ means unobtainable.
O irreproachable lady, since I am very pleased, ask any benediction; what is difficult for a wife to obtain when her husband is pleased? The promise is broad — and the moment of broad promises is dangerous.
