Translation
Committing offense with violence to the devotee brings such a result to the offender.
When envy targets a great soul, the universe itself ultimately responds. You do not need to defend yourself from those who envy your devotion; let time and the Lord's arrangement do that work, while you simply continue to serve.
Reflection Questions
  • Whose envy of your spiritual life are you wasting energy fighting that you could entrust to the Lord?
  • What would it look like to keep serving steadily and let outcomes be arranged for you?
