Personal Guidance
Rudra accepts Brahmā's order with respect, circumambulates him, and goes to the forest for penance. The mighty take correction with reverence. Penance is the proper response to overshoot.
Reflection Questions
- When I am corrected by a wise guide, do I circumambulate them or argue?
- What overshoot of mine calls for forest-style penance rather than self-justification?
