Translation
The son of Nikumbha was Bahulāśva, the son of Bahulāśva was Kṛśāśva, the son of Kṛśāśva was Senajit, and the son of Senajit was Yuvanāśva. Yuvanāśva had no sons, and thus he retired from family life and went to the forest.
Personal Guidance
When childlessness ended Yuvanāśva's household life, he simply went to the forest. Sometimes the absence of an expected blessing is itself a redirection toward a deeper kind of life.
Reflection Questions
- What expected blessing has not arrived in my life — and is it being used as a redirection?
- Could I receive the gap in my life as guidance instead of as failure?
