Lord Nārāyaṇa, along with His partial manifestation Nara, appeared in this world through the daughter of Dakṣa Mahārāja known as Mūrti. He was begotten by Dharma Mahārāja for the benefit of all living entities. Even now, He is still engaged in executing great austerities near the place known as Badarikāśrama.

Translation
Nārāyaṇa, along with his aṁśa Nara, after appearing in this world through the daughter of Dakṣa, known as Mūrti, with Dharma as his father, engages in executing austerities at Badarikāśrama for the benefit of all living entities.
Nārāyaṇa, with partial manifestation Nara, appeared through Dakṣa's daughter Mūrti — begotten by Dharma for everyone's welfare — and even now performs austerities near Badarikāśrama. The Lord is actively present in specific places to benefit the world. Pilgrimage points are not merely historical.
