Gauḍīya
Translation
Prahlāda, a portion of the Lord, then worshiped the Prajāpatis, Brahmā, and Śiva, and bowed down with his head.
Personal Guidance
Prahlāda worships and prays to Brahmā, Śiva, and the Prajāpatis — all parts of the Lord. The devotee honors the demigods as the Lord's portions without confusing them for Him. Layered reverence keeps the whole map clear.
Reflection Questions
- Where do you collapse the hierarchy by treating intermediate beings as the Lord?
- How do you honor intermediaries without confusing them for the Source?
