Translation
The Bhāgavatam also tells of the appearances of the Lord of the universe as Kūrma, Matsya, Narasiṁha and Vāmana, and of the devatās' churning of the milk ocean to obtain nectar.
Personal Guidance
Appearances as Kurma, Matsya, Narasimha, Vamana, and the demigods' churning of the ocean for nectar — the great rescue stories of the Lord. Whenever we feel sunk in some 'ocean,' there is a Form ready to lift.
Reflection Questions
- Which 'ocean' am I currently submerged in?
- Which Form of the Lord most calls me from it?
