vidagdhaś caturo dakṣaḥ kṛtajñaḥ sudṛḍha-vrataḥ |
[vidagdhash chaturo dakshah kritajnah sudridha-vratah |]
deśa-kāla-supātrajñaḥ śāstra-cakṣuḥ śucir vaśī ||25||

He is aesthetic, clever, skillful, and grateful. He keeps his vows, is knowledgeable of time, place and person, sees through the eyes of scripture, is pure, and controls His senses.
