Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu .4.56
Blended reading (Sanskrit + English inline)
When many very great sages were offering prayers to Lord Kṛṣṇa, glorifying His activities, the Queen of Gokula, Mother Yaśodā, entered the Battlefield of Kurukṣetra, wetting the lower part of her sari with the milk flowing from her breast. This entrance of Mother Yaśodā at Kurukṣetra was not during the Battle of Kurukṣetra. At another time Kṛṣṇa went to Kurukṣetra from His paternal home (Dvārakā) during a solar eclipse, and at that time the residents of Vṛndāvana also went to see Him there.
Prekṣya means “understanding by talking to others.” She understood that she would be able to meet Him in the inner quarters. Prekṣā means intelligence. kuru-bhuvi nyavīviśat is the correct version.
